Dear Rose,

I hope you are doing well. As you know, our close friend Lenora has a birthday coming up soon, and I’ve decided to otganize a surprise party for them. I’m really excited about it, but there’s quiet a lot do, so I was wondering if you could help me out with a few things?

Specifically, I’d love it if you could help take charge of the decorations and the birthday cake. I remember how amazing the decorations were at your sister’s graduation, and your taste in desserts is always spot on, so I know you’d do a fantastic job.

The party is going to be at my place on Saturday, March 14th. It would be great if you could come over around 2:00 PM that day to help me set everything up before everyone else arrives at 6:00.
