Dear Residents,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to invite all members of our community to take part in a volunteer event aimed at cleaning up Riverside Park. The purpose of this event is to create a cleaner, safer, and more enjoyable environment for everyone in our neighborhood. Keeping our park clean is not only important for our health and comfort but also helps protect local wildlife and promote community pride.
The clean-up event will take place on Saturday, November 9th, starting at 8:00 a.m. and lasting until 12:00 noon. We will meet at the main entrance of Riverside Park before dividing into small teams to cover different areas of the park.
To make the event both safe and productive, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes, closed shoes, and gloves. You may also wish to bring a reusable water bottle. All cleaning materials, including garbage bags, tongs, and extra gloves, will be provided by the organizing team. Light refreshments and water will also be available for all volunteers.
