Dear Neme,

I hope you are doing great. I’m writing to officially invite you to the weekend hiking trip for our adventure club.

The hiking exercise will take place at the olumosho mountain hill close to Aso rock. We usually don’t do strenuous activities during our adventures but that won’t be the case this time around as this weekend’s hike is going to be very intense.

This event is going to last for two days; starting on Friday to Sunday. There will be a bus provided which will meet us at market junction so all members are to be present at 1pm for departure. The rest of the day would be for relaxation and exploration of the environment. On Saturday by 9am, we will all gather at the foot of the mountain immediately after breakfast for the hiking exercise. Then we retire for the day by 5pm. The bus will come on Sunday morning to pick us back to our town.

It is expected you bring along your boots, umbrella for the weather and a camera can also be brought. Water and other refreshments will be provided by the executives.
