Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing to invite you for a hiking trip that is scheduled on October 20th by my hiking club members.

Primarily, co-operation and patience are the main reasons for the planning of this trip as these two things are essential for achieving success in life. While hiking, every member will help each other, and obtain these two traits. Our club’s main focus will be on it.

Moreover, we are quite confused regarding the route. I would appreciate it if you could join and help us in this matter. Additionally, I would like to know about the level of difficulties and amenities which will be available during this trip, like accommodation or food facilities.
