Good evening Mr Michael,

I would like to invite you to my housewarming party, because we have just moved into a new house. We are going to celebrate and get to know our new neighbours.

The party will be this Sunday at 7 pm. We will have different kinds of delicious food and music. The address is NJ, Fort Lee.
