Dear Councillor,

I will be hosting an event for a group of 100 people as the president of the Local High School Alumni Association and would love to know if the Eleyele park can be rented for such occasion.

You see, the event is a get-together for the alumni body of the Eleyele Community High School and will hold on the 21st of August, 2026 from 12-4pm. People will be coming from far and wide and most will lodge at the nearby hotel for easy movement.

At the event, we plan to recreate our high school day and as the park holds lots of memories for most of us, there will be board games, a picnic, and story stelling.

Finally, we understand that this event may cause discomfort for the neighbouring buildings due to the noise and environment pollution. To combat this, we will be placing waste at all the entrances and exits, and havve decided to use biodegradable straws and plates. Also, we will not be playing any form of loud music, so that should not be a concern
