Hello,

Dear Parks and Recreation department, I am sending you this letter to let you know that i will be organizing a small music festival. This festival will include a few musicians and singers who are coming to make people discover their talent and their passion for music. This will be an open doors festival that won’t host more than one hundred people which makes it possible for my team to assure safety and keeping the track on the present people.

This park would be the perfect place for us to settle our festival as it’s a pretty and well taken care place. The small not so dense forest is a good way to prevent crimes or security issues if some drunk persons get in for exemple.

We won’t need any devices or facilities from you but we are looking for your consent for the festival to take place in your beautiful and charming park. This letter constitutes a resquest from our technical service team to use your domain.
