Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding the availability of a private room in your hotel for my friend’s birthday party.

I have been thinking about giving birthday party to my friend. His birthday date is 23rd of this month, however, we are excepting the room one night before on 22nd. As i mentioned earlier, it will be a late night party starting from 8.00 pm in the night to 6.00 am next day.

We are college students so you should except around 20 guests from our side. Due to this, i heavily prefer you to prepare accordingly.

Talking about the requirements, we do have some certain limitations on the food due to our religious beliefs which states that we will not be eating any non- vegeterian products, however, vegan products is an exception.
