I am writing to inquire about the possibility of booking a private room at your restaurant for a surprise birthday celebration for one of my close friends.

We are planning to hold the party on Saturday, the 26th of October, starting around 7:00 p.m. and continuing for approximately three hours. We expect around 20 guests to attend. Since this will be a surprise event, we would appreciate it if you could help us keep the arrangement discreet when we arrive.

In terms of food, several guests are vegetarians, and a few others prefer gluten-free options, so we would be grateful if your menu could accommodate these dietary needs. Additionally, if possible, we would like to bring a birthday cake from an outside bakery and have it served after dinner.

Could you please let me know the availability of a private room on that date, as well as the menu options and the approximate cost per person?
