Band 5+: You are planning a tour with your family to a tourist destination. Write a letter to a hotel manager asking about the availability of accommodation for the days you will be here and also tell him what type of room you prefer.

Dear Hotel manager,

I am writing this letter to inquire about availability of rooms in one of the finest resorts, The Hill Paradise in Paris. I am glad if you book our rooms in advance.

Firstly, I will stay with my family, so we are a total of eight members. I request you to book our rooms in the same floor, except the basement or ground floor. It is convenient for us to meet anytime.

Secondly, there are several facilities should be available, such as queen-size bed, television, and air conditioner. However, we are eight members, so we share our rooms with partners. Basically, we need only four rooms on the same floor. Furthermore, if you have windows rooms, so I am most prefer those ones because we will enjoy the breathtaking scenery from our rooms.

Lastly, we are going to stay in your resort on 1st of March to 7th of March.
