Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with regard to my upcoming weekend camping trip with my friends.

In fact,we are planinng to camp on 21st December as we will have vacation on account of the Christmas.It will be an ideal season for camping as we could benefit from the breathtaking landscapes,experiencing the coolness and fresh air.

Currently,we are 12 personnes in a group and all are matured adults;above 25 years old.I would appreciate it,if you could arrange individual tents for everyone;otherwise it will be acceptable to share a tent in pairs.

Concerning other facilities,it would be great if you could provide necessary equipment for cooking such as stove and some utensils.Moreover,I understand that the campsite is in a rural area;therefore could you include an insurance or a person for security? In addition,I request you to include a first-aid kit which including fundamental items as it will be helpful in case of any accidents or emergencies.
