Dear College Administrator,

I am writing to request information about the course and available accommodation, as I am planning to attend a short course in another city from your institution.

The main reason I am interested in this program is its strong reputation and excellent curriculum in my field of study.

Honestly, I have not received some information about the course schedule and fees yet. I want to know how to find the price of ticket and especially the schedule because my home is further than other, that’s why I have to know certain times. Could you please provide the exact dates, timetable, and full course fees?

Additionally, I would like to inquire about the available student accommodation options and their costs. Currently, I am an active student and I saw the information about that which student can get free accommodation during the course.

Thank you for considering my message. I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,ZIDAN
