Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inquire about your English School because I am planning to come to your course next weekend. I have some questions and requests about your accommodation, if you response my concerns, I would be happy.

Firstly, I need to ask about the school classes. I took an English lesson before in my country and it wasn’t satisfactory for me because the class was very crowded due to that I couldn’t improve my English level. Which is why, I kindly ask your maximum class capacity.

My second question is about accommodation options. I don’t believe that my budget can afford to rent an apartment. Do you offer dorms to your students and what is the dorm fees.

In addition, I must get my medicines every morning at 08:00 am because of my chronic disease. Do you have a cooler to keep my pills in correct degrees in your classes.
