Dear Hotel Manager,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inquire about hosting a family celebration at your hotel. We are planning to hold a birthday party on March 15, 2025, and we would like to know more about your facilities and sercices for duch on event.

We expect around thirty guests, including both children and adults. Therefore, we would appreciate event hall decorations and seatin arrangment. Anddintionally, we are interested in knowing whether you offer catering services, including a customized menu and if you provide intertainment opions such as live music or a DJ.

Mreover, could you please inform us about parking facilities, room discounts, for guests staying averninght and any additional services you offer? We would also like to know if you have any special packages for birthday celebrations.

Finally, I would appreciate ot if you could provide us with a detailed price list, including hall retal, food, intertainment and other charges. If possible, we would love to visit your hotel to discues the details in person. I look forward to you prompt response.
