Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in organizing a birthday party for my friend at your restaurant on St Berry’s Road.

I have planned to arrange a themed party to surprise her on special day, 15 December, as she has always been fascinated by the Hollywood theme. I want to hold the celebration in the evening time around the pool side, so every one could enjoy the cozy weather along with fun.

The arrangement would be for at least 80 people, including 12-15 kids. My budget is approximately around $500, so could you please suggest any options that will not exceed our limit.

Moreover, I would highly appreciate to provide different meals options, so I can plan accordingly. Make sure the menu also includes sugar free cuisines and kids deals. In addition, the information regarding the decoration options, and ideas that your package offers would really help me to make further arrangements.
