Dear Ms McAlister!

I am writing to inform you that out of all fancy restraurants in our area, we have chosen your special place “The Angel’s cafe” to hold a surprise party for a close friend of my, my college Sheila. She is turning 30 this Saturday and I am sure that a celebration at your cozy place will make this evening unforgettable.

As I have mentioned before, the party is a surpise for her, so I will be the one to get in touch with to clarify things, pre-order main dishes, etc.

I have a few requirments on my list I want to check with you about. First of all, I need to book a table for 6 people at the backyard of your restaurant for around 6 p.m. under my name – Kouise Carraton. I will defenitely need some help with preparing and decorating everything, including LED lights around the benches, spreading cozy blankets and connecting the speaker to play her favorite playlists. I hope non of your guests mind Jazz music.

First of all I want to recieve available menu options with a detailed description, such as allergents contained, portion sizes and of course a price.
