Hello Madam Ken,

I trust this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek you support on a surprise party we are planning for our friend, Pastor Ken who will be turning 40 in few weeks from now. A group of friends thought it right to organise this surprise party for him as he as always been an amazing friend in the clan. He turns up for everyone always. Pastor Ken is always ready and available for us even in the middle of the night.

We would need your assistance to properly plan the surprise party. We are actually looking at the last weekend in the month of March for the party. We would want you to invite him over to your place for lunch while we srt up his apartment and coordinate everyone’s arrival. When the group is complete and ready, someone will call you over the phone after which you can dismiss Pastor Ken. You could offer to walk him down his apartment.

The group will be excited to have you do this for us and is also will give us a box of healthy chocolate for this help.
