Dear Neighbor,
I hope you are well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for the noise coming from my apartment during the gathering last weekend. I understand that it caused you discomfort, and I am truly sorry for the disturbance.
The party was held to celebrate a close friend’s graduation, and while I expected it to be a small and quiet get-together, the atmosphere became livelier than I had anticipated. This was never my intention, and I regret that it disrupted your peace.
To ensure this does not happen again, I will be much more mindful when hosting guests in the future. I will set clear limits on volume, avoid late-night gatherings, and notify neighbors beforehand if I plan any social activity that might cause even mild noise.
Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to let me know if there is ever anything else that concerns you.
Kind regards,
Cəfi
