Dear sir/mam,

i am writing this letter to bring your attention and inform you about missing the due date of project submission.

My name is PARNIT KAUR and I am student at Makami college for early childhood diploma batch 2602. I was unable to finish the project given on daycare plannings and exit programming. which had a due date on 04 April,2026 but I was unable to finish and submitted it before deadline.

I am attending my practicum everyday during which I asked the daycare supervisor about explaining and giving me the pregramming sheet for planning and fire exit plan. The daycare management was unable to provide me that visual plan because of which I was not able to complete my submission.

The supervisor told me that they will give it on 09April,2026 beacsue they have a planning for whole building . According to management they wikk provide me the exiting plan only for their childcare as, it is confidential for whole building. I will be very helpful if I can get some additional time for this submission as it the last and major project for my course completion.
