Dear Mr. Adam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am called Nudvaga Kingsley Sama, and I am one of your students enrolled in the Advanced Digital Marketing course. I am writing to inform you of my inability to complete the project on MTN customers in time.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to finish on time. This is due to an unforeseen circumstance that came up suddenly last week, and that needed my immediate attention. One of my sons fell ill and just three days before the termination of the project, and this made it impossible for me to meet the deadline.

I am fully aware of the consequences my late submission will have on the program, and I hope to find a solution to it. I would be grateful if you could grant me an extra period of one week to enable me complete it. I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience my late submission of the project might have caused you.

I hope that my request would be taken into consideration. I look forward to getting a positive response from you as soon as possible.
