Hi Sarah,

How are you? I hope your are doing well. I finally come to the decision to change my cellphone.

Actually for a long time I have used my old cellphone. I have several problem with it, for instance low battery capacity and old-fashioned style. So I’ve a plan to buy a new one.I need your advice about manageing my budget. I find it on the website, there are two ways of payment. Firtst one is with half of the original price as a deposit with credit card and another is without deposit and in cash. please suggest me which way is better for me. Please consider that the first way has extra administration fee. Please consider I also need some budget for my university dorm.

Also, If I choose deposit way, should I pay it in cash or by a cheque? Because I don’t know legal restrictions related to cheque. I’m wonder it puts me in financial problem if I can’t afford it.
