Dear Mr. Jazz,

I am writing to express my interest in renting the flat that I saw advertised online on your website. I am planning to move to your city for work and currently looking for suitable and convenient place. Your property caught my attention, and I would like to know more about it.

Firstly, I am particularly interested in your accommdation beacuse it is close to my workplace. Moreover, it has range of facilities such as shopping mall, grocery store, laundry shop, ans so on. It is furnished room that is suitable as per my needs and it has safe and quiet neighbourhood.

Additionally, it is affordable for me as the rent is under my budget. I have stable source of income in my hometown, however, I got promoted and transferred to other location that is why I am moving next month. If required, I can provide my employement proofs and credit check.

I would like to move-in there from 1st November. I would appreciate if you could arrange a viewing before november. I would like to request you to send bank details so, I can send security deposit to finalize property.
