Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding the advertisement you published for a property. I am interested in it, and I would like to ask for some details about it.

Let me tell you that I am moving next month and I have not found accommodation yet. However, when I saw your property, it convinced me. The apartment I am interested in is a one-bedroom flat, the one which has a wonderfull view of the River Thames, and it is about a10-minute walk from the hospital where I am working.

Currently, I am living in Walthamstow in shared accommodation, and I feel that it is not really comfortable for me. The reason why I am moving to Vauxhall is that I found a job which is better than my current one, and living alone suits me more.

Regarding the viewing, I am available on weekends and every Friday afternoon. You can call me whenever you have arranged the schedule or just write me a message.

I look forward to hearing from you, and hopefully you could arrange a viewing day as soon as possible.
