Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you regarding the advertisement you published for a property. I am interested in it and I would like to ask about some details about it.

Let me tell you that I am moving next month and I did not found yet an accomodation. However, when I saw your property it convinced me. Well, the appartment I am interested in is a one bed room flat, the one which has a view to the Thames River and it is about 10 minutes of walking from the hospital where I am working in.

Curently, I am living in Walthamstow in a shared accomodation and I feel that it is not really comfortable for me. The reason why I am moving to Vauxhall is that I found a job which is better than the curent one and living alone suits me more.

Regarding the viewing, I am available on weekens and every Friday afternoon. You can call me whenever you arranged the schedule or just write me a message.

I am waiting you to write me back and hopefully you could arrange a viewing day as soon as possible.
