Band 5+: You are preparing to host a dinner party at your home for a group of acquaintances, and need to plan the menu and seating arrangements. Write a letter to a professional chef, requesting them to prepare appropriate dishes for your event. You should include details about: - how many guests plan to attend the dinner party, plus your desired dates - what kind of dishes you will want to include, and if there any dietary requirements from your guests - how you will plan the seating arrangements, if needed.

Hello,

I want to ask you about one business. I want to organise a party at my home and invite different people, but i know that not everyone like dishes as i do.

The date of a party is 9th of December, on Saturday if be more accurate. The probable quantity of people is 12. As couple of them is vegeterian I need to make sure that they will not be hungry. Everyone should be satisfied.

For non-vegeterian,which is 9 people I need 9 stakes with middle frying and also I would like to have some fried potatoes. For vegeterian people, I want to order loaded black bean nachos and plantain and bean burger. It is going to be good for vegeterian.

Adding to this, I want a cake with less sugar inside and I prefer white chocolate outside of cake. That is what my friends like.

For sitting arrangement I do not care to be honest – guests must feeling comfortable.

Thanks for responding!

Kieran
