Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to request for some holidays to complete my qualification.

I am pursuing P.hd from India Gandhi National Open University, Dehradun and it is my final year. A qualitative research is mandatory in my course, which is only possible in the rural area as per my speciality. Therefore, I need one month off to collect data of samples, pre-test, intervention and post-test.

If you will grant my holiday, I will attend all the International meeting after my off as well as complete all the records of the organization. In addition, I would like to organize an orientation program for fresher employees to clarify the objectives and working pattern of the company.

As I am doing research in suburban area, it will also help the institution to understand the basic requirement of people of rural area to enhance the sale of company’s product. Moreover, my higher education will be useful in many confrence and quality audit of the institution.
