Dear Mr Smith,

I am writing this letter to request you to give me few hours off from my daily working schedule so that I can focus on the preparation of my certification.

As you know I am always very keen to learn new technologies, this time I am trying to learn Cloud Computing Services and planning to give my DP-203 certificate named as Cloud associate, for which I need good amount of time to upgrade my skills because it is an associate level exam.

If I get some time redemption from my work, I would love to utilize it in learning this new skill otherwise it would be very difficult for me to clear the exam without it, because after the work I barely get time to enhance my skills. This certification will also benefit our organization in the costing aspect as we can implement these skills and can upgrade the storage performance of our company data from on premises to the cloud platform.
