Dear Mr.John,

The reason why I am writing this letter is that I want to request that you give me a few hours off from my daily work schedule so as to I can focus on preparing for my certification.

As you know, I am a kind person who is eager to learn anything, so I am always interested in new technologies, and I decided to learn about AI in a foreign country. I want to ask that you give me some time off work; I tend to complete it successfully.

If you support me and give me leave for six months from my work, I can prepare perfectly for the lessons. Also, I will enhance my new skills, and I will gain new experiences in the field.

If I graduate in this course, the qualification is given to me by Technology University. This certification will also benefit our organization because we can expand our products and apply new modern equipment for producting.

I hope that you support me. I look forward to applying my letter as soon as possible.
