Dear Mrs. Gupta,

I am writing this letter to request more time for this term project submission.

My name is Ann Maria Joseph and I am a student of psychology Class Section A in St. Francis College. Koramangala. we were given a project and the deadline for this project was last week.

Let me explain to your further, I could not finish this project on time because I was absent for a month you to some serious illness also I was admitted in the hospital for the purpose of treatment. Now I am back to home after a month and started working on my project. Since I need two or three days more to complete it, I would kindly request you to give me an extension of few days so that I can handed over this project with much perfection and satisfaction. I would really appreciate a positive and prompt response regarding this situation.
