Subject: Speaker Unable to Attend.

I am writing this to apologise for organizing another activity instead of a guest lecture on short notice. However, guest was not able to come due to unavoidable circumstances. I was not able to convince them due to their genuine reason.

Apart from that I held photography competition at 3:00 PM at the Club. You will bring own cameras, and we will give you 10 minutes to make real.

The best real-making person will win the award. The theme will be provided at the time of event.
