Dear Ramesh,

Hope you’re doing well! I’ve been meaning to ask you for some advice. Lately, I’ve been seriously considering a career change, and I thought you’d be the best person to talk to.

As you know, I’ve been working in marketing for over five years, but I’ve started feeling stuck. I’m now thinking about switching to UX design — something I’ve always been passionate about. I’ve even started a few online courses on the side.

Since you made a similar switch last year, I’d love to hear your thoughts. How did you manage the transition? Was it tough to get that first job in the new field? Do you think I should go for a full-time course or continue with online learning?
