Respected Sir,

I am writing to request that you kindly publish information about my new club, so that anyone interested can join as a member.

I would like to start an Art History Club, and membership will be completely free. The club is set to begin next month, and there will be no specific qualifications required for joining; however, registration is mandatory. We will accommodate 25 members on a first-come, first-served basis.

In this club, our members can share their experiences related to art, including history, videos, and photos. We will organize outings to historical places, museums, or art galleries, should the members express interest. The management team of our club will handle the organization of these tours, but members will be responsible for covering the associated costs.

Anyone interested is invited to join us next Saturday, October 6th, at 5:00 PM in Hall No. 2 of Embassy Hotel, near the station. The agenda for this meeting will focus on discussing the establishment of the club’s initial rules. If all goes well, we plan to officially launch the club next month, meeting every Sunday.
