Dear Porta Bags Company,
I’m sending this letter to you due to an inconvenient I have while was testing the new luggage your recently launched to the market, the World Traveller one.
First of all, I ordered it from the e-commerce website exactly one week ago; however the product just come from delivery. The first thing i did was to check if all the sizes are correct according to product details on landing page.
On the other hand when I was trying to open the suitcase, i noticed that the zipper was stucked. I tried to unlock by my own nevertheless wasn’t possible. Therefore I wasn’t able to check inside it if there was another problem to report.
I would really appreciate a new item change as soon as you can because i’m going to move to other country in the next days and packaging my personal belongings are essential.
