I am writing an email to inquire about the item I purchased from your store.
It is a serum I purchased 2 weeks ago. The reason I am inquiring about this product is that it broke my skin out badly. After I received a product and for 1 week, it did not seem to give me any reactions, but after 5 days, I noticed it burned my skin and feel very irritating whenever I put it on my skin. I went to see a dermatologist to have a diagnosis and he told me this happened because of my allergy to one certain ingredient in this product. Since it only has been 2 weeks I purchased it, I wanted to ask very kindly if I could return this product.
