Dear Mr. Mark,

I am writing to express disatisfaction about the drying cleaning of my suite last week. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectation as i have found pungent smell in shirt.

This experience caused me inconvience and lead to loss of time. I have drycleaned it for my friend wedding. Due to bad smell, i did not wear it and failed to attend the marriage .Moreover i have washed it inhouse and smell has been gone. I felt satisfied , as i was not expecting such services from your company.

I kindly request you to use quality detergent that smells good. I hope you will resolve this matter to prevent such incidents in the future.
