Good morning. I’m an average local, that have an issue with new bus service. I have troubles with paying in the bus. For example, today i stucked in the bus because i couldn’t manage my transprotation expence. I wanted to pay for my road trip, but the mechanism lagged once i did a payment. At first, i needed to get an email about paying for transport, so basically it would show a recipe. But today it stuck for at least 30 minutes and only then i got an email, but it was late , because after lag was fixed i got a notification about double taxation for long wasting time on the bus !

I ask local councils to solve this problem as soon as possible. I understant that our buses all over the city getting modernized , and new technologies are being added, but i think it could have been sold by checking regularly payment instructions.

And i find this kind of problems very uttering, because every local can have same issue as mine. It’s about lack of money on their bank account and anxious feeling afterwards. It affects both physically and mentally.
