Dear Sir,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the newly introduced bus service in our area. Although it is a good initiative, it has created several problems in reality. The buses often arrive late, and the routes are not properly planned, causing inconvenience to passengers.

As a result, students and working people are unable to reach their destinations on time. In addition, traffic congestion has increased because buses frequently stop on narrow roads.

I believe the bus schedule and routes should be reconsidered. Increasing the number of buses during peak hours and setting proper designated stops would improve the situation.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and consider making the necessary improvements.
