Hello, Sir!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the schedule and routes of the new buses in our area. Initially, new buses were added, but subsequently, they are virtually invisible on routes. This may be due to the lack of specific times and clear route indications. This causes inconvenience for local residents, as it makes it difficult for them to plan their trips. To solve this problem, I propose installing additional stops with route information, as well as placing information posters at them indicating which buses go where. This could help improve awareness and reduce the number of dissatisfied passengers, as is common in large cities.
