Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the new bus service in my area.

As you know majority of the residants in our locality relay significantly on the public transportation for their daily travels.However,nowadays people have been facing certain inconvenience due to the improper time schedule of the recently established bus service.In fact,the frequency of the trips are limited;especially in the morning,which affect employees as well as children.Moreover,the late departures and arrivals are worsening this issue.

As a regular user of common transportation in this city,these unacceptable actions from the authority make my life complicated as I couldn’t arrive at my work place on correct time.In addition,my children have been getting contineous warnings from their teachers due to the lack of punctuality.

Considering all these unfavourable situations,I humbly request you to increase the number of bus in the peak time and I would appreciate it if you could ensure the timings of the services on time to avoid similar problems in the future.

I am hoping for prompt actions from your side.
