Dear Sir,

I am writing to request you for a one-week holiday in the month of March, 2026. I want to request you to allow me for the same.

I would like to inform you that my marriage anniversary falls on 08.03.2025, and I am planning for a leisure trip to Maldives with my spouse. I have been waiting for this trip for the last five months and therefore need to take a break from work during this period.

As my trip would start from the morning of 05th March, 2026, so I need leaves from 04th March to 12th March, 2026. If necessary, I would share the tickets with you.

Mrs. Sharline is quite familiar with my work responsibilities, and ready to take over my work during my absence. I make sure my holiday break would not at all affect the project deadlines.

I hope you will consider my request and grant approval for the same.
