Dear Sir,

I’m writing to make a request to you that want to go on holiday.

There are many reasons behind this decision, but I want to let you know about the primary one, I want to spend some time with my son. He is just two years old, and has been suffering due to my work overload, as I’m unable to give him quality time.

As my loved one loves to go outside and explore new places, I’ve planned to explore Kashmir with him, so I will need about two weeks at the end of this month. It will take two to three days for packing and making everything in order, before that, I want to have some time for shopping, too.

There is enough time for me to give my work handover to my competent colleague, Irsa. I’m working on documentation so each and every file, key contact and priority list of working should be available to avoid any bottlenecks. She can handle urgent projects, the rest will be covered by me, when I join my work again.

Thanking you for your assistance in advance, I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Sana
