I’m writing to apologize for the late cancellation of my booking due to unavoidable circumstances.
A candle light dinner was booked for celebration of my fifth wedding aniversary. A riverview couple table was booked on my name with reference id DIX0111. I reserved it a week ago for tonight, 20th April 2026, 8PM. We were so excited for this special dinner but suddenly my wife fell down from the stairs and she cracked her leg. Immediately, we went to emergency medical ward, and she got a treatment. My wife has been advised to take 2 weeks bedrest for proper recovery. Due to this incident, I had to cancel the booking with your resturant.
Also, I would like to compensate for any inconvenience caused and for that I am ready to pay required late cancellation charge. Please send me amount and transfer details with instructions.
