Dear sir,

It is very unfortunate to write a letter to you today for canceling a booking that i made two weeks ago. The date for arrival was tomorrow that is 1st of march 2026. Actually, it was planned for my friend’s birthday bash but due to some personal reasons in her family she is not able to join us.

Undoubtedly, it is really a short notice for cancellation but her grandmother is in hospital and it is hard period of time for the whole family. As, it was all about her so, there is no point to do any celebration without her.

i really appreciate the efforts that you and all the staff member made to make our celebration memorable but i really appolozise for all the mess.I already deposit $500 in advance and if you could return some of it or if you can give any discount coupon for next visit it would be great.
