Firstly, i reserved a car on Monday at 9:00 o’clock. The main reason why I did not get the car was in documents. Your administrator said that I do not have a driver license with me. However, I showed document in electronic form. You should remember, on the last week I gave it to you. Of course, I said about this situation to your employer, but he did not even listen to me. In addition, the event with car was spoiled by your worker.
Moreover, I do not even try to rent a car by your company twice, if this worker will be there. I would be grateful if you could give me a discount to the next rent.
