Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention about my feedback related to the service provided by your store.

As my computer was made ready by you last friday.Then it was the time to test it’s performence for which i was excited from last two weeks. Eventhough you installed the new window to it,I don’t found it really impressive to use . Not only it was taking time to load any applications but I found it’s display a bit dull.This highly made me dissatified about your service.

Moreover, as I as already told to that I usally use it for gaming and streaming ,theirfore I need you to improve it’s processor as well as update the system to advanced technology.It could significently increase my performence in gaming.

I am sending it back to you ,even I will look for positive prompt from you which would help me to trust you for your considerable approach to this issue .
