Dear manager of computer plus store,
I am writing this letter to describe my dissatisfaction of the bad service i have got by your store, my computer is fixed but i wasn’t pleased by the service wich wasn’t in the level i was expecting from your store as i have been a loyal client since the store is oppened in 2019.
Firstly, i will start with the bad reception i have got when i came to put my computer to get fixed, after waiting for over than 15 minutes they finally called my name to recieve my computer. I explained to the technician the problem and he told me that some of components needs to be replaced and it will take only 3 days to fix the problem. After waiting that period i went to the store to take my computer but sadanlly the technician told me that i need to wait more time due to some technical problems !. I explained to him that i need my computer as fast as possible since i work as a freelancer, but unffortanetly i had to wait three more days, hence, i have lost four jobs because of that.
I strongly suggest that you work on the reception service to make it better, and i hope also that the speed of service become faster.
