I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I booked online and was cancelled without informing me.
I am facing a cooling problem in my apartment, I checked the best Air conditioning service provider and I booked an online service from your company. I have paid full consultation charges via debit card. The issue is my air conditioning is not working effeciently, it might be due to censor issue or it requires cleaning. Moreover, I filled a form online and waited for your team to visit us at any time soon. Inaddition to, Today morning I received a cancellation email without notice, and rescheduled for next week. I couldn’t sleep due to the hot weather nowadays.
I would like to request a refund or expect to resolve this issue promptly.
