Dear friend,

I hope you’re doing well these days, tell me how are you and what is in your plans these weeks? I’m writing to you because I have a couple of issues with your camera.

First of all, I am apologising for everything that happened and for everything that you will read about. This happened when I was in my hiking trip to mountains. You know I was so excited about it. I was watching too long at the incredible view and because I was speechless and forgot and the camera in my hands, I accidentally dropped it. It has broken objective and the glass in the camera.

I am apologising to you, I feel so bad about this situation, I am so sorry and I can do whatever you want me to do. I can buy a new one or maybe can take this to repair store and for all of this of course I will pay. Only tell my what should I do and I will try. I am so sorry again.
