Dear Sam,

I hope this letter finds you in a great mood. As you already know, I bought a ticket for the upcoming Taylor Swift’s concert, which will be held here in Vancouver. However, I’m devastated right now, because not only would my money be wasted, but I also have to miss an event that I’ve waited for almost a year.

Little did I knew, I have a exam on the following day, May 7th, and I can’t go to the concert because I have to study for my exam. I even tried to take the exam on another date, but no luck!

Anyway, I was thinking that you’re quite a fan yourself. Say, If I were to give you my ticket, would you be interested to go instead of me? If yes, please drop me a message so we can work out the details like how you can pick it up. By the way, don’t you worry about the cost. It’s no me!
