Hope this letter finds you well, I’ve been meaning to write you for ages but couldn’t get a chance to keep in touch because of the hectic work routine. The reason I am writing this letter is that I wanted to ask your availability on weekends. I bought a ticket for musical concert few days ago in advance but i won’t be able to go there. I was wondering if you are down to hit the concert in my place because i know you are really into events like these.
As for the place, the concert is going to held on this coming Saturday at Lums university where people from different walks of life will be joining you. Luckily, you would be delighted to know that the man who is going to perform in the concert is one of your favourite singers, so I’m sure you don’t wanna miss it.
I would love to go but I’m having an important meeting on the same day. I was informed by my boss yesterday that my presence is necessary for the successful meeting as I’m the manager of my company.
One more thing, you don’t have to come over at my place to get the ticket, as I’m planning to send it to your place via courier service. I don’t want you to get into any trouble, just let me know if you can make it on Saturday, so i can plan it accordingly.
